Sign You Sales Representative Agreement
You’ll receive an email containing your Sales Representative Agreement.
Please review and complete the agreement promptly so we can officially activate your affiliate account and move you forward in the onboarding process.
If you are unable to locate your Sales Representative Agreement:
Search your emails using the following keyword “PandaDoc.” PandaDoc is the service that we use to send and electronically execute agreements. It’s possible that the agreement was redirected to your Junk, Promotions, or other inboxes so be sure to search here, as well.

Set up Your Payroll Account
Once your Sales Representative Agreement has been completed, you’ll receive a follow-up email inviting you to set up your payroll account.
Log into the payroll portal using the link provided and follow the step-by-step onboarding instructions to complete your payroll setup. This ensures there are no delays when commissions are issued.

Search your emails using the following keyword “Gusto.” Gusto is the service that we use to manage payroll.

Attend an AMBE Onboarding Cohort
Once you’ve reviewed your Welcome Package, the next step is to attend a live onboarding cohort.

The AMBE Affiliate Advantage Program allows you to earn referral-based income by connecting qualified business owners to Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification services. You focus on relationships and referrals—AMBE handles the certification process.

Affiliates identify and educate business owners about MBE certification, pre-qualify interest, and refer them to AMBE. Once the referral is made, AMBE takes over all consultations, paperwork, and certification work.

Affiliates do not complete applications, collect documentation, interact with government agencies, or guarantee certification outcomes. This program is strictly referral-based.

This program is ideal for business owners, consultants, accountants, advisors, and community connectors who already have trusted access to small business owners.

No. Training, education materials, and onboarding cohorts are included. You only need the ability to start conversations and make introductions.

Affiliates earn commissions when referred businesses enroll in AMBE’s MBE certification services. Commissions are paid per successful referral.

Earnings depend on how many businesses you refer. Many affiliates recover their onboarding cost with their first successful referral. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.

Affiliates are paid as 1099 partners. Commissions are issued on a regular payout cycle once the referred client’s payment clears and required documentation is confirmed.

If a business enrolls using a payment plan, commissions are paid proportionally as payments are received.

No. This is not a traditional sales role. Affiliates are not expected to “close” deals—only to identify opportunities and make referrals. AMBE handles all sales conversations and fulfillment.
